Baby Yule log 小寶貝的隨手記

Today we went to 2-28 Park, I discovered the delights of a Whoozit, and my parents had a meal together for the first time in about 3 months.

Yuletide greetings to one and all! As you can see, Father Christmas was good to me in my first year.

Today we went to the local (20 minutes walk away) park - DaAn park (大安森林公園). It was the first day of a flower festival.

Uncle 梁智豪 was having an engagement party, Daddy was off to Eindhoven, so Mummy and I spent a happy week with Granddad in 屏東.

Today was the checkup as a 1-month old baby. I clocked in at a healthy(!) 5.6kg, which is easily in the top 3%of babies weights (i.e. I was off the scale!).

One Chinese tradition is to shave off all the hair from a 1-month old baby and make a writing brush with it (called 胎毛筆). Like all good ancient traditions, this one only seems to have been actively observed in the last few years.

Everyone was getting a bit tired of being stuck in the hospital, so the day before yesterday I had my first (brief) trip outside - a short journey from the hospital to home.

姓名: 還沒。不過如果沒有意外的話應該會叫Alexander吧!!! (希臘文的翻譯是:人類的保護者)。 ( 我阿母說,我只要負責保護我自己就好了。) 我阿爸說我的中文名字要叫「游/梁 東坡」, 應為他實在太喜歡東坡肉了!!!!我阿母抵死不從中!!!

生日: 還沒。不過應該是在九月底, 如果可以在九月二十八日出生就更好了。(我阿母說, 無論如何都不可以是處女座, 男生處女座A型, 我阿母說她會昏倒!!!)

國籍: 還沒。不過我可以選台灣人或英國人或西方人或東方人或混血兒, 或是以上皆可。

身高/體重: 很難說, 每次量都不一樣。而且我現在跟摺疊車的功能相當, 也很難量出正確的身高來。

最喜歡的音樂: 據說我對「小紅莓」情有獨鍾, 聽到她們的音樂, 我就會大練跆拳道, 不過也有可能是我阿爸阿母太懶, 連CD都懶的換, 所以我就被迫一聽再聽啦!!

最喜歡的顏色: 還沒, 因為這裡有點暗。

最喜歡的人: 我阿爸跟阿母。J (他們強迫我說的)

Well, the big news this week is that I now weigh just over 1kg. The new trick that i’ve learnt recently is to kick mum hard enough so you can easily see her tummy being prodded! Great fun (especially at about 3 in the morning …)

Another day, another photo shoot. I’m now big enough that you can make out the features of my face pretty well. I’ll spare you the video of me kicking Mummy, but here’s one of my better ‘head shots’.

Nice to know that mum likes me kicking her! She claims it was a couple of very polite little taps.

Estimated 17 weeks old now. Having taken measurements of my head (big), tummy (not as big as my father’s), and femur (that’s thigh to you) the latest estimate for my birthday is 29th September - that’s the day after Confucius’, and ensures i’m not a Virgo. 我十二個禮拜了!!!!!YAHOO!!!!!
從今天起, 我已經不再是所謂的胚胎, 而是正式升格為一個有主見, 有理想, 有抱負的「小胎兒」了。
媽咪的肚子和我的成長速度成正比「一眠大一吋」, 別的阿姨三個月肚子還小小的, 平常的衣服一樣穿的不亦樂乎。我家媽咪肚子 卻跟吹汽球一樣, 去買孕婦裝的時候, 那些售貨員阿姨, 仔細端詳媽咪的肚子後, 用很專業的口氣說:「嗯, 五六個月了吧!」,秀瑩阿姨正好也有一個大我整整一個月的小娃娃, 但是秀瑩阿姨的肚子也沒有媽咪大, 真是奇怪ㄋㄟ
這時, 我那時有妙見的拔拔就說:「我們家小寶貝住的可是燈光美, 氣氛佳, 空間特大的VIP總統套房呢!!!!」
請各位叔叔阿姨仔細看一下我的照片吧, 您瞧瞧, 雖然我的個頭還小不啷噹的,頂天立地後，共計「６大公分」，但是我那高聳入雲，俊俏挺拔，英姿風發的鼻子，硬是有乃父之風，頗得我老爸真傳吧!!!

我的第一張照片
據說, 我今天有九個禮拜大了, 這是媽咪的同事Corrina阿姨, 用自家的超音波幫我從頭頂量到腳趾後所計算出來的, 媽咪對醫院非常的挑剔, 這個設備不夠好, 那個醫生不夠親切, 所以到現在還沒決定, 我到底會在哪出生, 所以嘍反正辦公室就有超音波機器, 只要Corrina阿姨有空, 就可以幫我拍寫真集, 嘻 �K嘻�K.
這是我生平的第一張照片, 別小看我哦, 雖然我不過姆指般大小, 但是我的五腑六臟都已大致就位了, 很神奇吧, 從一顆毛豆長成一根拇指, 在三個禮拜內, 我整整長了三倍半呢。
這也是爸爸和媽咪第一次比較具像的看到一個��小小人��, 醫生怕拔拔和媽咪看不懂, 所以在超音波的圖片上, 圈畫出我的頭(head)和身體(trunk) ( 註:大象的鼻子也叫trunk), 笨蛋爸爸一直笑媽媽的肚子裡, 裝著一隻大象. Heffalump!!!!

蜜月結束了�K.
今天爸爸和媽咪剛從日本度完蜜月回來. 因為之前帶爺爺奶奶去環島接著又過農曆年, 爸爸和媽咪還沒空帶我去醫院呢.
先告訴你一個小插曲, 我爸爸很厲害ㄡ, 雖然之前沒在台灣開過車, 但是他帶我們走中橫公路, 從南投日月潭到花蓮太魯閣, 沿著鬼斧神工的中橫公路翻山越嶺,由於英國最高的山不過一千多公尺, 這在台灣可能連丘都還排不上, 所以有一點懼高症的奶奶嚇得都不太敢看窗外美麗的景緻�K..爺爺倒是很興奮的一路跟著GPS上的小朋友到處插棋子�K�K
好了,言歸正傳,今天爸爸和媽媽帶我去台安醫院, 這是我和爸爸媽媽第一次正式見面. 我從超音波螢幕上看起來只有黑黑的一點點, 頂多就一顆毛豆般大小而已, 不過我的心臟可是強而有力的砰!砰!砰!跳動著, 一分鐘跳172下呢, 那一閃一閃的小小的亮點, 是在告訴媽咪, 我很好, 我已經很安全的在媽咪舒適的子宮內住下來了!!!!!
