The year of the chicken
?VXa*^(1)?a*???,! Happy New Year! I spent Chinese New Year down in Pintung with my Mum’s family … with a couple of days down in Kenting thrown in as well. It was my first chance to see my newest cousin (Tao Tao) - that’s us exchanging hong bao’s on the left, my great grandmother, one of my second cousins, and all the rest of my extended family.
In Kenting we stayed by the beach, so I was able to practise my sandcastle (de)construction techniques, have a little paddle in one of their swimming pools, and play with the taps beside the pool. We also visited the impressive Kenting aquarium, where I tried not to frighten the sharks too much!
