Flying Cows in Miaoli
This weekend we went on a little expedition down to the centre of Taiwan. On Sunday we inspected some old railway lines, and visiting the world’s biggest producer of wooden ducks (where Mummy showed her artistic ability … with some help from me) in Miaoli county. Then on Monday we visited the ‘Flying Cow Farm’.
Unfortunately, all the cows we saw were dozing in the shade (and not flying at all). However, I did get to feed some Barbados Black-bellied Goats - which, to tell the truth, was a bit overwhelming. Because there were lots of schoolchildren at the farm, I managed to get at least 40 people telling me I was ‘好可愛哦’ in less than 4 hours (a personal record for me!).
